Spring 2010 Retreat - Festival Inn Stratford!

As advertised a couple of weeks ago, here are the details of the Spring Retreat!  Max number of seats available is 40 and there is 18 gone so far!  Email me with any questions!

 

SCRAP & CROP WEEKEND RETREAT!

Saturday April 10th 9am-12am & Sunday April 11th 9am-4pm 2010

Festival Inn, Stratford

WHAT:Who doesn't like scrapbooking in their P.J's?  Scrap & Crop at the Festival Inn is an overnight ladies scrapbooking retreat!  Break away from the winter blues and treat yourself to a weekend away!

COST (per person for Sat/Sun package): $175 dbl occ; $145 triple occ; $130 quad occ; and $220 for sngle occ.  Friday night check in (only) available (additional cost) - email me to inquire!

ACCOMMODATIONS:include 1 night stay, 4 meals including 2 snacks and ongoing coffee and tea service.  Access to the pool, sauna and whirlpool!  A Fabulous scrappin' tote upon arrival, free make n' takes, door prizes, raffle prizes and lots of shopping all weekend with our fabulous vendors!

PAYMENT: $75 deposit by FEBRUARY 15th and the remainder due on or before MARCH 26th

Cheques or cash in person accepted!

REGISTER: and send deposit by FEBRUARY 1st and receive an additional door prize ticket!

What an awesome weekend ladies!  It was wonderful to see old and new faces!  Thank you all for coming out and sharing your creativity!  A big thank you to Theresa and Sheila for also sharing their 'chef-sations' with us!  YUM!

Well scrappin' sisters one more week to go!  Hope you're getting packed and have lots to do!

Deposits!

I have now received everyone's deposits!  Thank you for being so quick to get them in!  We are a full house with 36 ladies and we will ROCK it!  Thanks to those who are still waiting patiently for a spot. : )

I don't know about you but I can't wait to get back at it!  With building fences, renovating our townhouse and preparing for our upcoming wedding, scrapbooking has fallen straight to the bottom of the list!  I made need a refresher course from all of you! 

I hope you're enjoying your summer (not to mention our very weird not-so-hot July weather!) so far and I look forward to seeing you in October!

Details: Scrap & Crop Weekend Retreat will be held at the beautiful Maple Ridge Golf Club in London this Fall!  At a low cost before the holidays, you'll enjoy beautiful scenery around us including being able take a break by sitting on a deck that stretches around our room.  It's stunning!

 

 

Registration: the cost for both days is $65! 

EARLY BIRD - Register before July 1st and $ave $5.00!

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your seat.  Please book and send your deposits early as seats will go fast!!!

Our fabulous vendors will be back for your shopping convenience - Memory Mill and Stampin Up!

 

Accomodations available:  If you require hotel accomodations please let me know. I will have a block of rooms available.  Hotel destination info will be provided soon!

Well girls, we had a blast didn't we!  It was great seeing old faces and meeting a ton of new ones!  Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed the food so kudos to the Festival Inn! Special thanks to all of our vendor friends for setting up and supporting us throughout the weekend!

Scrap & Crop - Update # 2

Hi everyone!  The block of rooms that I have at the Festival Inn are now FULL!  If you're interested in coming for the day, please take a look at the great day prices below.

Saturday, April 25th - $65 includes cropping space from 9am until approximately midnight, 3 meals, 2 snacks, scrappin' tote upon arrival, free make n' takes, lots of door prizes, raffle prizes, games with prizes to be won, lots of shopping with the Memory Mill, Stampin Up and Creative Memories and a special visitor!  All meals served are done so buffet style so well worth the $65 for the day!

Sunday, April 26th - $25 includes cropping space from 9am until 4pm, big brunch, and everything else above!!!

Scrap & Crop - Update!

I can't believe it's March!  I still miss Christmas!?!  However, since we're in March, that means that April is fast approaching, and my block of rooms at the lovely Festival Inn are going fast!  There is only 1 room left! 

For details on Scrap & Crop, please scroll down to January's post!  You're still able to pay for the weekend by making 2 payments if that works better, just let me know.  I also have day prices, so if you can't stay overnight, no problem!!!

For those of you that have registered.... you have exactly 48 days (less a few hours of course) to pack your scrapbooking gear!
